Repair Policy


1. In what situation i can return for Repair? Do i have warranty? Do i have to pay for repair?

Our products have one year warranty. If the product not crashed by customer, if it has any problem, you can send back to us for repair without repair charge.

Within a month, if the products have problem, customer no need pay the shipping cost for this product, we will undertaken both shipping cost and repair cost. But customer must can only use post to send the item back to us. We will not responsible for the shipping cost if you use express send it back to us.

Over a month and within six months, if you need repair your item, you need take charge of the shipping for send it back and we will responsible for repair cost and shipping cost for send it back to you.

Over six months within one year, if your product have problem, you need take charge of both shipping cost, we will responsible for the repair cost.

Over one year, you need take charge of the shipping cost and repair cost for the item repair.

2. In which situation we will not provide warranty to the item?

There is only one condition we do not provide warranty is you disassemble the main unit. Once you disassemble it you will lose your warranty, please pay attention.
